Rubber insulated cables utilize multi-stranded copper conductors, with the stranded design significantly enhancing flexibility and bending fatigue resistance. The insulation layer employs high-performance rubber compounds, excelling in high-temperature resistance (up to 90°C+) and chemical corrosion resistance. The outer sheath is crafted from abrasion-resistant rubber, providing robust mechanical protection, waterproofing, oil resistance, acid/alkali resistance, and adaptability to extreme temperatures (-40°C to 100°C). Designed for both low-pressure and high-stress environments, these cables feature a minimum bending radius of 4-6× cable diameter and endure high-frequency bending cycles (e.g., 5 million cycles in drag chain systems). Heavy-duty variants deliver exceptional tensile strength, capable of withstanding significant mechanical stress.

Jenuin's rubber insulated cables
Engineered with multi-stranded conductors and elastic sheathing, Jenuin cables prevent breakage during repeated flexing, ensuring extended service life. Customizable for waterproofing, oil resistance, acid/alkali resistance, and UV protection, they thrive in indoor/outdoor harsh environments. Compliant with IEC 60245 and BS EN 50525-2-21, and certified by TÜV and SAA, our cables guarantee global reliability.

  • The YHF welding cable +
The YHF welding cable figures copper conductor with ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) insulation. It is referred to CU/EPR. Mainly follows the standard IEC 60245 and BS EN 50525-2-21.
