- How long will it take for the order to arrive？
Normally our average lead time is with 25 days for each ordinary order. Sea time of Shipping is subject to the different shipping companies and destination, normally it will cost 30days-40days to ship the order from china to your country port.
- Can we choose the shipping company to ship our goods?
We have work relations with many famous shipping companies such as Maersk, MSC.EMC, PIL, COSCO, and CSCL ECT. They have different kinds of service, different prices and different shipping times. You can choose the shipping company to deliver your goods according to your own situation.
- How can I get the information of the shipping status?
We will give you the No. of the bill of loading and the trucking web system of the shipping company, and you can get all the shipping status and information by typing the number of B/L.
- How long will it take to get my shipping documents?
Normally it will take 7-10 working days to get the shipping documents after loading the container. We will express the documents to you by DHL or FEDEX. You can also choose the TELEX RELEASE bill of loading, it is faster and more convenient.
- Can you arrange to delivery the good to our storage in our country?
We can deliver the goods to your storage or designated location according to your requirement by combining the sea transporting and land transport. We are responsible for all procedures for customs clearance of export and import.
- Can you help us to do the certification for our importing custom clearance such as PVOC, and SGS?
We can help you to make the certificate as your government required for your importing. Our laboratory has been approved by CNAS. We can give your authorized testing report by our laboratory for free, but you should bare the other cost for the certificate.
